I can't believe it's day five and I haven't missed a day yet! :D So the topic is "Piercings or Tattoos?" and I at first I thought it was asking me if I had either or both, but then I realized it could just be asking me which I prefer. I do not have have any piercings. When I was younger, I don't know, maybe around 12, I wanted to get my ears pierced. It never happened, I couldn't prove that I would be able to take care of them diligently enough. Now that I'm older I'm glad I didn't get my ears pierced. I use magnet earrings, or clip-ons. It's a lot easier and this way I don't always have to wear earrings.
I do not have any tattoos and I never will. Never. My grandpa has a tattoo, but I didn't know it until my mom told me. I've seen it a hundred times, but I didn't even know it because it just looks like a bruise on his arm. I'm series, you'd never know it was a tattoo. And what if I were to gain weight and then lose it again? It would stretch and then shrink. If I want ink on my skin for whatever reason I can simply wear a temporary tattoo. It makes more sense to me than to permanently mark my body.
I also don't have any piercings or tattoos because I believe, as a Christian, I shouldn't. I would probably go on to tell you why, as Christians, we shouldn't get piercings or tattoos, but I have had too many arguments with someone else about it. I've lost my patience on the topic. Anyway, I don't have anything against those who pierce their ears or anything, but I do think it wasn't a wise choice on their part. I hope that doesn't offend any of my readers, it's just my opinion. I can only imagine how strange you must think I am, now.
That is all for today. God bless you! Have a wonderful day! :)
