Name: Hannah Dawn Scot
Nickname: Dawn
Age: 18
Eyes: Dark blue
Hair: Brown
Height: 5'4"
She lives with her mother, Rebecca and her sister, Odessa. Odessa Scot is two years younger than Dawn. Her father, Henry died in the war, and she had no other siblings. Her best friend is Mia Sanders.
Dawn fell in love with Jacob Swann at sixteen and they became engaged one year later, the year Fortis attacked Pacem where they lived. Jacob left to fight in the war with the promise of returning to marry her, but he never did return. The war ended with the death tool in the hundreds. Dawn, her family, and a few other families hid in the remains of their city and they've been living there ever since. One year later Dawn still mourns the lose of Jacob, but has finally learned to except that he must be dead. Aaron Sanders, Mia's older brother, likes Dawn and hangs around her a lot, but she hardly notices.
In Light of Dawn she is the mother of Logan, Elliot, and Ace. Some of my readers know that I've been having a hard time choosing between either Jacob or Adam being her love interest. I can easily make it so Jacob is alive and in captivity somewhere, or he can be dead and she can fall in love with the second main character instead. My niece loves Jacob and is dying for Dawn to find him. My sister, on the other hand, would love for Adam and Dawn to get together. Now, I have my own preference of course, but I love the mystery of which one Dawn will love in the end. Although, one of my fellow writers does know my preference and has helped me in deciding who Dawn will be married to in Light of Dawn. But she's the only one I'll tell, mwahahaha! XD
As for Dawn's character she is full of curiosity, she wants to learn. She's also not one to give up easily, part of that is seen in her refusal to believe that Jacob is dead for nearly a year, because she didn't want to give up on him. She had a lot of faith in Jacob.
Also, one of the reasons I love nicknaming my characters is because I feel like it means so much more when someone calls them by there full name, or in her case, her first name. If you read Darkest Before Dawn there will be times when she's called Hannah Dawn, or just Hannah and to me when they choose her to call her by that name, instead of the nickname everyone calls her by, it will have so much meaning behind it, even if it's not noticed at first.
I wanted to have more tell you about her, but this is about all I have so far. Have a blessed day!
